Delete your DurianGoWhere account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DurianGoWhere account and associated data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@botriontech.com from the email address used for your account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my DurianGoWhere account” and include your DurianGoWhere handle.
  3. Do not send your password, one-time code, or Google credentials.

We may ask for a reply from the account email to verify ownership. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Data deleted

After verification, we delete the account and associated data from active systems, including your email/account identity, profile and preferences, taste profile, favourites, alerts, saved searches, points and cosmetics, community posts and comments, chat messages and reactions, reports and contributions, seller information and order requests, uploaded profile/community photos, and active sessions.

Data that may be retained

We retain only records that are necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or abuse investigations. These records are kept only for the period required for that purpose and are then deleted or anonymised. Deleted data is also removed from routine backups as those backups expire.
